Today is World Kindness Day 💫

A small act of kindness can have a powerful ripple effect — for others and for yourself.
➡️Studies show that practicing kindness releases serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine, reducing stress and boosting overall well-being.

So on this World Kindness Day, take a moment to:
💬 Reach out to someone who might need encouragement.
💚 Notice and appreciate acts of kindness around you.
💭 Speak kindly to yourself.

At Launch, we believe kindness, toward others and ourselves, is an essential part of mental well-being.
Let’s make today (and every day) a little gentler. 🌿

✨ How will you show kindness today?

Stress Awareness Day | November 5th

This year’s theme, #LeadWithLove, reminds us to approach ourselves and others with kindness, compassion, and acceptance—no matter the challenges we face.

“The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one.” – Elbert Hubbard

At Launch, we’re proud to join the movement to reduce the stigma around stress and mental health. Let’s keep finding ways to support one another and build healthier workplaces and communities.
